MBA Leadership Forum Cocktails

Dr James Moulder

After a decade of teaching Leadership & Philosophy and Creativity & Innovation in the Monash MBA Program Dr James Moulder has decided that it is time to 'hang up his boots' and to retire. James has introduced a generation of Monash MBA students to the world of philosophy and the impact that both western and eastern philosophy has had on society and the business world that we live in.

In this Monash MBA Leadership Forum James will reflect on what he believes are the five most helpful ideas about leadership that he has encountered: self-knowledge, trust, simplicity, uncertainty and diversity.

Confuscius said,

"To gain knowledge quietly, to learn without losing interest, to instruct others relentlessly, indeed, what difficulty for me?"
